Points, device and version number in comments

Added display of the following parameters in the comments:

1. Device. To see on which device the application started / did not start.
2. Version numbers of the application (game) to which you left a comment. To understand whether the commented information in the comment is relevant.
3. The number of user points. Just information to help you understand how active the user is. The number of points is calculated according to the following formula: Number of days on the site + Your level * 50 - number of warnings * 1000
