Add 2 servers in Kazakhstan

Now on the download page of the file you can see one more new location for selection - this is Kazakhstan. If Russian servers do not give you files (for example, if you have blocked access to Russian servers), then in addition to the server in Poland, you can choose a new server in Kazakhstan. We are expecting servers from Turkey and New York soon.
